3.2 If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and no charges will apply.

6.4 If you do not allow access to your property as planned, we may charge for incurred costs or end the agreement.

  1. Termination Rights

7.1 You may end the agreement at any time with different terms applying based on the reason.

7.2 Immediate refunds will apply for services not delivered or improperly provided if ending for specific reasons (e.g. service delays).

7.3 If cancelling a treatment plan within the first 12 months, a charge equal to remaining payments will apply.

7.4 You can cancel within 14 days of accepting an estimate, provided we haven’t initiated service.

8.1 We value your feedback and are committed to resolving any complaints efficiently.

8.2 Complaints must be reported within specified timeframes based on service type to be considered valid.

8.3 We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint promptly, providing a response within 28 days.

8.4 If dissatisfied with our response, you may request a review from a senior manager.

8.5 Unresolved complaints can be taken to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final response.

  1. Price and Payment

9.1 Prices are as set in our current price list, including VAT, unless otherwise agreed.

9.2 Changes in VAT rates will affect your charges.

9.3 We will not perform incorrectly priced services without notifying you.

9.4 For services over £500, a 50% advance payment may be required before work begins.

9.5 Payment must be made before service commences, as late payments may incur charges.

10.1 We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our failure to comply with these terms.

10.2 We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, or other legal rights.

10.3 We will repair any damage caused by us during service delivery but are not liable for pre-existing issues.
